The audit report and scorecard scores are diagnostic benchmarks based on the information provided by the user. They do not constitute a legally binding guarantee of revenue, lead volume, or patient/customer count. Actual commercial performance depends on product/service quality, pricing, market conditions, and operational execution.
3. Intellectual Property
All proprietary audit frameworks, scorecard algorithms, funnel structures, and copywriting templates remain the exclusive intellectual property of Funnelvalley and Adwait Pitale.
